How the contact form works

This site is static and has no server running behind it. When you complete and submit the contact form, the details are not sent to us directly; the mail application on your device opens with what you wrote already placed in the body.

The message reaches us only when you send it from your own mail account. If you decide not to send it, no record of it is created on our side.

Data we process

When you send your message we process your full name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

The header information of the email you send also reaches our mailbox.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is processed solely to assess your request, respond to you and conduct pre-contractual discussions.

The legal basis is your explicit consent and the conduct of discussions leading to a contract. Your data is not added to any marketing list.

Transfers

Your data is never sold to third parties. Your message is stored on the infrastructure of the provider of our corporate email service.

Reading and record data

This notice covers only the contact details you send through the website. The terms covering the readings you make in the Olivex mobile app, and their records, are set out in that app's own agreement.

Retention

Once your request is concluded, and where no commercial relationship is established, the data is kept for at most twenty-four months and then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request its correction or deletion, and object to processing.

You can send your requests to info@useolivex.ai; they are answered within thirty days at the latest.

Cookies

This site uses no marketing or tracking cookies. No data identifying you is collected during your visit.
