Measuring quality

The reading does not only answer "is it pure". It tells you which quality grade the oil falls into — from extra virgin down to low grade, you see where it stands.

What measuring quality gives you

A product whose grade you know is a product whose price you can defend.

You can justify your price

You present your good product together with a record of its grade. Negotiation runs on measurement rather than on declaration.

You send the right batch to the right place

You decide which batch goes into which product by the grade you learn at the mouth of the tank.

You catch deterioration in time

By reading stored oil now and then, you watch whether the grade is still where it was.

How the result comes back

The output of a reading is given as a grade.

Extra virgin

The top grade. It shows your product meets the claim printed on its label.

Virgin

One grade down. It lets you route the batch to a different product or price.

Low grade and adulterated

Product that falls below grade, or has been blended, is flagged separately.

Let's fit the grade split into your production.

We will start from your product range and your target markets.
